Neighborhood Services

The City of Bartlesville is committed to maintaining the attractiveness and safety of all residential neighborhoods. If you suspect there are violations of the Bartlesville Municipal Code in your neighborhood, please contact the Neighborhood Services Division at (918)338-4230.

Complaints may be filed by the following means: 

1.)  On-Line.  Click here to access the Online Code Enforcement Complaint Form.

2.)  In person.  Stop by the Neighborhood Services Division on the 2^nd floor of City Hall, 401 S. Johnstone Avenue.  Office hours are 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., Monday Friday.

3.)  By telephone.  Call Neighborhood Services during regular business hours at (918)338-4230.

4.)  By mail.  Print out the Code Enforcement Complaint Form (PDF) and mail to:

     Bartlesville, OK 74003

The following information is needed when filing a complaint:

1. Identify the specific complaint or nuisance.
2. Give your name, address, and telephone number. (This information is essential and is kept confidential.)
3. Give the location of the problem, street name, and house number. If address is unknown, give location of property (e.g. southwest corner of 4^th and Johnstone).
4. Give a specific description of the complaint (e.g. description of vehicle, license plate number, type of debris, etc.)
