The City of Bartlesville provides sanitary sewer services to both residential and commercial customers. The City's sewer treatment facilities are operated by a qualified environmental services corporation, Veolia Water.
The City of Bartlesville provides a waste collection service to both residential and commercial customers providing once a week service to residents and a maxium of six pickups a week for commercial customers. Checks that are returned to the City are reversed off the account they were applied to, and a $20.00 return check fee is assessed.
Customers are allowed two return checks in a 12-month period. If two checks are returned during that period, the customers account will be coded 'cash or money order only' for the next twelve months.
