Most City facilities are open regular hours today, including City Hall and the Bartlesville Public Library. Both were closed Tuesday and Wednesday due to inclement weather.
The City-owned recycling center, located at 10th Street and Virginia Avenue, will remain closed until Monday, Feb. 24.

Trash trucks are running today, Feb. 19, as they are able. Delays should be expected.
Parking enforcement in the downtown area is suspended until Friday, Feb. 21.
