The City of Bartlesville has been advised by Oklahoma Department of Transportation contractors that lane closures are planned for this weekend on Adams Boulevard at the Caney River Bridge.
Beginning at 6 a.m. on Saturday, the westbound lane of traffic will be closed to accommodate replacement of the beams on the north side of the bridge. Depending on several factors, including weather, the replacement could force the lane to be closed until as late as 5 p.m. Sunday. Contractors are hopeful, however, to have it re-opened by late Saturday.
Westbound traffic will be diverted to the north via Silver Lake Road to Frank Phillips Boulevard and south via Comanche.
