Bartlesville residents will have opportunities in January and early February to learn more about three funding measures that will appear on the Feb. 10 ballot.
The first of the Ballot Series presentations was held Jan. 13. Additional presentations are scheduled for Jan. 27 and Feb. 3, with both starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Bartlesville Public Library, 600 S. Johnstone Ave.
