The Bartlesville Police Department honored fallen officers during the annual Officer Memorial Day Ceremony held today. The ceremony is held each year to remember the brave men and women of law enforcement who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. The ceremony included a moment of silence, remarks from department officials and community leaders, and the ceremonial laying of a wreath. “We are proud to host this important event as a tribute to those who gave their lives protecting our community,” said Police Chief Kevin Ickleberry. “Their courage and commitment to public safety will never be forgotten.”
