BARTLESVILLE HELPS

The City of Bartlesville established the Unsheltered Homeless Task Force as a strategic plan initiative to address the rise in unsheltered homelessness and its impacts on the community. Working with local agencies, the task force seeks balanced, compassionate, evidence-based and fiscally responsible solutions. Its primary goal is to reduce the unsheltered homeless population in Bartlesville. Secondary goals include improving public safety and confidence in shared spaces, reducing vandalism and littering, and addressing public health concerns while supporting better outcomes for unsheltered individuals.

The Bartlesville Helps webpage is the central hub for city-supported services addressing homelessness and public safety.
