Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment is an appointed administrative body with quasi-judicial powers derived from Oklahoma State Statutes. This board hears requests for variances, special zoning permits, appeals, and alleged errors in law regarding an order, requirement, decision, or determination made by an administrative official in the enforcement of the zoning regulations. There are five voting members. All members are appointed by the City Council.
