The Board of Adjustment is an appointed administrative body with quasi-judicial powers derived from Oklahoma State Statutes. This board hears requests for variances; special zoning permits; alleged errors in law in any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by an administrative official in the enforcement of these zoning regulations; or an appeal.
There are five voting members and one non-voting staff advisor.
Meetings are generally held the fourth Thursday of each month at 5 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
