Hudson Lake, located five miles northwest of Bartlesville, is a 250-acre fishing and boating lake with eight miles of shoreline. A multi-purpose six-acre park site, located at the southwest corner of the lake, offers picnic areas, barbecue grills, a playground area, an archery range, handicap accessible restrooms and ample parking.
Lake facilities include a boat ramp and a fishing dock. Canoes, paddleboards, and kayaks are also allowed on the lake, and there is no charge for use of the park. Boating permits are not required. Swimming is not permitted.
Fishermen will find a variety of fish including crappie, black bass, perch, largemouth bass, white bass, catfish, bream/bluegill, carp and flathead catfish here. Whether you prefer fly fishing, baitcasting or spinning, your chances of getting a bite here are good. So grab your favorite fly fishing rod and reel, and head out to Lake Hudson.
