Street Department crews make repairs Tuesday to concrete panels on 11th Street east of Shawnee Avenue. The Water Department recently completed a waterline replacement in the area.
According to Street Department Supervisor Lance Brown, workers restored the concrete on the waterline project and then moved east to complete the concrete panel work.
