WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO PROVIDE

To apply for the Cost Repair Partnership Program, property owners must complete an application and gather specific documentation to support their request. Here is what you’ll need:

REPAIR DOCUMENTATION & COST ESTIMATES

• Two cost estimates for the repair work from licensed contractors.
• A description of the sidewalk issues requiring repair, including photos, if available.

PROOF OF OWNERSHIP

• Documentation confirming ownership of the property, such as a property tax statement or deed.

APPLICATION FORM

• Complete the Cost Repair Partnership Application Form.

Once you’ve gathered these documents, submit the completed application. A city representative will review your application to determine eligibility and, if approved, work with you to finalize the terms of the financial assistance agreement.
