City of Bartlesville offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 22, and Friday, Nov. 23, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Trash collection will be amended for the holiday on Thursday, but sanitation crews will service Friday routes as normally scheduled. Thursday trash routes will be collected on Wednesday, Nov. 21, due to the holiday.
“Staff will not be working on Thanksgiving Day, so we’ll collect for Thursday routes on Wednesday, Nov. 21,” said Public Works Director Keith Henry. “Sanitation staff will work on Friday, however, so we will collect Friday routes as normally scheduled.”
Police and fire services will continue both days as normally scheduled, with no interruption. City offices will re-open as normally scheduled on Monday, Nov. 26.
