The Bartlesville Police Department will hold its annual Peace Officer Memorial Ceremony beginning at noon on May 15. The event, which is held each year during Peace Officers Memorial Week (May 12-18), is to honor fallen law enforcement officers nationwide. The event will be held at the Bartlesville Police Department, 615 S. Johnstone Ave.
The ceremony will feature the BPD Honor Guard and music by the Tulsa Police Department Honor Guard. The public is invited and encouraged to attend. Parking will be available at the Bartlesville Community Center, 300 S.E. Adams Blvd. Light refreshments will be served.
