Sewer repairs prompt 14th Street closure

Jun 20, 2016

Fourteenth Street between Cherokee and Dewey avenues will be closed beginning Tuesday, July 5, to accommodate emergency sewer repairs in the area.

City of Bartlesville Water Department crews will begin work in the area at 8 a.m. Tuesday. Both lanes of 14th Street between Cherokee and Dewey will be closed until the project is complete — an anticipated minimum of five days.

Traffic will be detoured to 13th and 15th streets during the project. Both lanes of Cherokee will remain open. Officials ask that motorists use alternate routes when possible.
