South Kansas and Oklahoma Railroad (SKOL) has advised the City of Bartlesville that crews will be replacing the railroad crossing on Hensley Boulevard starting Sept. 28. Hensley Boulevard between Johnstone Avenue and Park Street will be closed to facilitate the replacement. The work is expected to take approximately two days to complete. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area if possible.
