Johnstone Avenue will be closed for southbound traffic just north of Frank Phillips Boulevard on July 11 for a waterline project, Water Utilities Supervisor Red Miller said Monday.
“Beginning Tuesday morning, the southbound lane on Johnstone will be closed north of the Frank Phillips intersection,” Miller said.
The work is expected to conclude tomorrow, barring any unforeseen complications.
