The City’s Building and Permit Department has been busy lately, with just over $20.2 million in planned construction in Bartlesville currently under review, Community Development Director Lisa Beeman said last week.
“We’ve had several inquiries about rumors of businesses locating here and have largely been unable to confirm or deny them,” Beeman said. “But we now have plans in-hand for several of those businesses, including Chick-fil-A and the relocation of Hobby Lobby to the former Atwoods location.
“Based on the plans we’ve received from businesses interested in locating, relocating or remodeling here, it looks like we’re going to have a very good spring and summer.”
