After being tabled by the City Planning Commission in July, the proposed development of a new 70,357 square foot Atwood’s Ranch and Home store will be considered further by the City Planning Commission at its Tuesday, August 25, 2015 meeting. The 12-acre site for the new store is located on the west side of Washington Boulevard approximately 1/4 mile north of Rice Creek Road, just south of the Southtown Shopping Center. The proposed store will include an indoor archery range. The Planning Commission meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. and is held at City Hall, 401 S. Johnstone in Downtown Bartlesville.
