Early voting starts tomorrow for the Bartlesville City Council election. Four of the city’s five wards have contests that will be decided by Bartlesville voters.
In accordance with the Bartlesville City Charter, council seats are decided by voters of each ward every two years during the general November election.
When is the City Council election?
The City Council election is the same day as the general election, Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024.
When is early voting for the Nov. 5 election?
According to the Washington County Election Board, in-person early voting will be available at the WCEB office on the following dates and times:
- 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30
- 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31
- 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 1
- 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2.

Washington County Election Board offices are located on the fourth floor of City Hall, 401 S. Johnstone Ave.*
Can I wait and vote on Election Day?
