The City of Bartlesville has published its second annual report, offering residents a comprehensive look at municipal performance and progress throughout Fiscal Year 2024-25. This detailed document reflects the City’s commitment to transparency, accountability and continuous improvement across all departments.
“This report is more than just numbers — it’s a reflection of the dedication and teamwork that drive our City forward,” said Assistant City Manager Laura Sanders. “Every department contributed to this effort, and our Communications team worked tirelessly to bring it all together. We’re proud to share this with the community and hope it serves as a valuable resource for understanding the scope and impact of our work.”

FY2024-25 Highlights
- Bartlesville Fire Department responded to 4,880 calls (including 234 fires)
- Bartlesville Police Department investigated 126 crimes against persons, 817 crimes against property and 558 traffic accidents
- Sanitation Department collected 13,098 tons of residential solid waste
- Water Treatment Plant treated 2.04 billion gallons of water, and the Wastewater Treatment Plant treated 1.51 billion gallons of wastewater
- Building Development Department issued 2,053 permits and performed 4,224 building inspections
- Neighborhood Services Department investigated 2,451 code enforcement cases – 2,030 of which were resolved (or unfounded).
- 200 pounds of seed were planted at Boots Hollow Golf Club during the greens renovation
- 353,212 items were checked out from Bartlesville Public Library
- Bartlesville Area History Museum added 11,053 items to its collection
- Bartlesville airport sold 197,700 gallons of Jet-A fuel
- Communications Department published 54 editions of CityBeat e-newsletter
- Accounting & Finance Department generated 181,098 utility bills
