City of Bartlesville offices will be closed Friday, July 4, and trash routes for Friday customers will be amended to Wednesday that week due to the Independence Day holiday.
“Friday trash routes will be serviced on Wednesday, July 2, instead of July 4 so our staff can be off work for the holiday,” said Public Works Director Keith Henry. “Friday route customers should have their trash at its normal collection place no later than 6 a.m. on Wednesday, July 2.”
The City’s standing policy is that routes affected by a holiday are serviced on Wednesday of the same week.
Police and fire services will continue as normally scheduled. City offices will re-open as normally scheduled on Monday, July 7.
