Municipal Court
Municipal Court is held every Tuesday and Thursday (with the exception of most recognized holidays) beginning at 8 a.m. at City Hall, 401 S. Johnstone Ave. Court is held inside the Municipal Court Room, located at the northwest corner of the first floor.
The Court Clerk’s Office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30-11:30 a.m. Friday on the south side of the first floor of the City Center.
The municipal judge is appointed by the Bartlesville City Council, and serves at the council’s discretion.
