PURPOSE

To establish, provide, maintain, construct, set apart, promote the general economic welfare, industry and security of the general public within and near the boundaries of the Beneficiary (City of Bartlesville) an to promote the development of educational, industrial, recreational and cultural activities and facilities within and near the territorial limits of the Beneficiary as set out in the Declaration of Trust.

MEMBERS

The Trustees of this Trust shall be five (5) in number, one of whom shall be the same person, ex officio, who currently shall be serving as the City Manager of the City of Bartlesville or said person’s designee, a current member of the governing body of the City of Bartlesville serving until June 30, 2025, a current sitting trustee of the Bartlesville Redevelopment Trust Authority serving until June 30, 2025, a current sitting trustee or staff person of the Bartlesville Development Authority serving until June 30, 2026, and a current sitting member of the Board of Directors of Visit Bartlesville, Inc. serving until June 30, 2026.
