A ceremony honoring the service and sacrifice of America’s military members was held Monday at White Rose Cemetery.
This year marked the 118th observance of Memorial Day at the City of Bartlesville-owned cemetery.
The American Legion Ceremonial Detail lead the program with a playing of Taps and an explanation of the meaning of the folding of the American flag. Speakers included Post 105 Adjutant Bill Teel, Rep. Earl Sears, Sen. Julie Daniels and Rep. Travis Dunlap.
