Administrative offices

The City of Bartlesville Administrative Department consists of the city manager, the executive administrative assistant, the human resources director, and the chief communications officer.

Administrative offices are located on the second floor of City Hall, 401 S. Johnstone Ave., and are open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. through 11:30 a.m. on Friday. Offices are closed on most recognized holidays.
